Ruben is an Executive Protection Professional and serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience. Prior to starting Benchmark Ruben worked for two of the leading Executive Protection companies in the United States traveling all over Mexico and Latin America. Ruben also worked for Uber in San Francisco as the Executive Protection Team Lead.
Ruben has experience working in over 25 countries. Since starting Benchmark the company has grown from an Idea to startup to a multinational company doing over 500 projects a year and regularly operating in over 13 countries. Ruben is responsible for the company's growth into various markets and investment strategy.
Joe Lombardo
COO
Joe is a former Navy SEAL with multiple combat deployments to Iraq as well as South America. After leaving the military Joe worked for over 12 years with Sky River Management (Hight Net Worth Family office) as the Head of Global Travel Security coordinating international travel operations in over 40 countries and 6 continents.
Joe oversees Benchmark's Projects, Operations, Quality Control and Training for Benchmark and works alongside Ruben developing new clients and growth strategies. Joe's key focuses are excellence of service in all of our projects and his attention to detail has helped bring Benchmark to an American operational tactical and values standard
Haydee Resenditz
Corporate Director Mexico and Latin America
Haydee is a former insurance executive with experience in corporate business development and compliance. She holds an International Business Degree from the University of Mexico a masters degree in Human Resources from Tech España College.
Since coming onboard with Benchmark she has driven the Mexico corporate compliance and licensing strategy at the state and federal level. She oversees Human Resources, Legal Corporate and tax affairs for Benchmark Mexico and Latin America.
